Whispering Canyon is a land of natural contrasts —
rugged rock outcroppings, juniper, piñón pine, deep
arroyos, and rising hillsides. With 900 acres of
spectacular, rolling terrain, elevations at Whispering
Canyon vary more than 550 feet. The dynamic
topography creates a wide variety of homesites,
from beautiful lots amid the trees to properties with
magnificent vistas—including views of Granite
Mountain.
Whispering Canyon’s master plan includes a total of
400 uniquely special homesites, ranging in size from
one-half acre to one acre. All homesites have been
carefully positioned to create greater privacy
between homes. More than 40% of the community is
dedicated for preservation as open space and most
homesites border natural open areas.
