Detailed CC&R’s and architectural guidelines allow freedom and flexibility
in design, yet protect all homeowners’ investments by ensuring that all
properties will be built to Whispering Canyon’s thoughtful standards. The
design guidelines have been created consistent with Whispering Canyon’s goal of
preserving the land’s natural beauty, existing views and dramatic topography.
